Kandinsky: A retrospective in Madrid

The CentroCentro Cibeles will be celebrating the work of the Russian painter and pioneer in abstract art, Wassily Kandinsky.

Kandinsky: A retrospective will guide visitors through the artist’s creative and spiritual journey with nearly 100 works of art. It will cover key periods in Kandinsky’s life starting from his early years in Germany, through to his time in Russia, and finally ending with his stay in France. The artist’s work is featured in ByME Arts & Crafts, Primary 1 and 6.

The exhibition will be open from 20 October 2015 – 28 February 2016. For details on arranging school visits or on free entry for children under the age of eleven, visit the CentroCentro web site

World animal day
