The colourful world of Jeff Koons in Bilbao

From 9 June visitors to the Guggenheim museum in Bilbao will be able to enjoy a retrospective of the celebrated American artist’s unique creations.

The unmistakable and innovative work of Jeff Koons has made him one of the most prominent figures of contemporary art. His paintings and sculptures draw on influences such as Pop Art and Surrealism.

Koons uses his art as a wake-up call, a driving force for social change. This retrospective, open until 27 September, is sure to surprise and challenge visitors in many ways. You can find more information about the exhibition here on the Guggenheim Bilbao museum web site

World animal day
