National parks activities!

Use these activities from National Parks UK (who are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year) to celebrate the European Day of Parks son 24 May.  This example guides learners in how to investigate the characteristics of different species of trees using a ‘tree passport’ – one example among many and varied materials. The water cycle

Plan for World Water Day on 22 March 2019 with this video on the water cycle and how to use water well. It accompanies activities for learners aged 7-11 and 12-14 from wwt.org  and helps them start thinking about the importance of water in the world around them and how they use it in their everyday lives.
